Request a Refund

We want your experience on NextPele to be fair and transparent. If you believe you are eligible for a refund, please review the information below and submit a request.


Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds may be considered under the following circumstances:

  • You were charged incorrectly or multiple times

  • A paid feature was unavailable due to a verified system error

  • A subscription was charged after a valid cancellation

  • A service you paid for was not delivered as described

Refunds are not guaranteed and are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.


Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will generally not be issued for:

  • Change of mind after using a paid feature

  • Failure to secure trials, contracts, or opportunities

  • Account suspension or termination due to policy violations

  • Misuse of the platform or breach of Terms of Use

  • Partial use of subscription periods (unless required by law)


How to Request a Refund

To submit a refund request, please provide the following information:

  • Full name

  • Registered email address

  • Username or account ID

  • Payment date and amount

  • Payment method used

  • Clear reason for the refund request

  • Any supporting evidence (screenshots, receipts, error messages)

Review Process

  • All refund requests are reviewed by our support team

  • You may be contacted for additional information

  • Decisions are typically made within 5–10 business days

  • Approved refunds are processed back to the original payment method where possible

Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.


Subscription Cancellations

If your refund request relates to a subscription:

  • Cancel the subscription first through your account settings

  • Cancellation stops future charges but does not automatically trigger a refund

  • Refund eligibility depends on timing, usage, and applicable laws


Legal Rights

Nothing in this policy limits your statutory consumer rights under applicable laws, including GDPR-related consumer protections, UK consumer law, or the Ghana Consumer Protection framework where applicable.
