A paid feature was unavailable due to a verified system error
A subscription was charged after a valid cancellation
A service you paid for was not delivered as described
Refunds are not guaranteed and are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
Refunds will generally not be issued for:
Change of mind after using a paid feature
Failure to secure trials, contracts, or opportunities
Account suspension or termination due to policy violations
Misuse of the platform or breach of Terms of Use
Partial use of subscription periods (unless required by law)

Username or account ID
Payment date and amount
Payment method used
Clear reason for the refund request
Any supporting evidence (screenshots, receipts, error messages)

Decisions are typically made within 5–10 business days
Approved refunds are processed back to the original payment method where possible
Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.
If your refund request relates to a subscription:
Cancel the subscription first through your account settings
Cancellation stops future charges but does not automatically trigger a refund
Refund eligibility depends on timing, usage, and applicable laws
Nothing in this policy limits your statutory consumer rights under applicable laws, including GDPR-related consumer protections, UK consumer law, or the Ghana Consumer Protection framework where applicable.
